Special Needs Support
Jarjum provides a wide range of complementary services outside of regular academic classes, to ensure students with learning difficulties and from disadvantaged backgrounds are able to overcome any obstacles in the way of their education.
Every child at Jarjum has access to our school’s team of health specialists. The school engages a pediatrician, educational psychologist, counsellor, occupational and speech therapist on a regular basis. These sessions are integrated into the child’s school day alongside their time in the classroom.
Each child is given a health assessment when they enrol at Jarjum, and any medical impairments that could impact on their education are identified and can be addressed immediately. Students regularly visit local optometrists, dentists and GPs, where they are able to access any medical services required.
